Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our hospitality facility. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality establishment and possess strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience, team coordination, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership in coordinating all departments.
- Monitor and maintain operational standards across the property.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support revenue goals through efficient daily operations.
- Supervise teams to ensure high levels of performance and service.
- Ensure the property runs efficiently while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience, team coordination, and service delivery.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple departments effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and guest relations skills.
