Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and provide a professional shopping experience
• Promote jewellery collections and achieve sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Support daily retail operations and inventory management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with team members to achieve business objectives
• For Floor Managers, oversee showroom activities and support staff performance
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply
• Preferred language skills include Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Tagalog
