Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or professional certification depending on the role).

Have prior experience in ICT policy, communications technology, multimedia, legal services, or public administration.

Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Be familiar with Kenya Information & Communications Act (1998), ICT frameworks, and compliance standards.

Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with the Secretariat’s mandate to advise government on ICT policy and strategy.
Role‑specific expectations:

Directors: Provide strategic leadership in communication technology, radio, and multimedia.

Deputy Director – Legal Services: Oversee legal compliance, policy interpretation, and advisory.

Assistant Director – Planning: Manage ICT planning, policy development, and implementation.

Senior & Officer II – Communication Technology: Support ICT operations, technical innovation, and policy execution.
