Description:

A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the manufacturing sector, preferably within the steel industry. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive accounting knowledge and hands-on experience managing financial operations in a fast-paced production environment.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively oversee accounting processes, maintain financial accuracy, and support business decision-making through timely reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s financial stability by managing day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring efficient financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions accurately and efficiently

• Monitor and maintain cash flow activities to support operational requirements

• Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Process payroll activities and ensure timely salary disbursements

• Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Monitor working capital and support effective fund management

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities

Requirements:

• B.Com qualification is mandatory

• CA Inter qualification will be considered an advantage

• 8–10 years of accounting experience within the manufacturing sector

• Prior experience in the steel industry is strongly preferred

• Strong expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable management

• Experience in cash flow planning and financial control processes

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Cash Flow Management and Financial Reconciliations

• Payroll Processing and MIS Reporting

• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Working Capital Management
