Description:

CenterWell Pharmacy, a part of Humana, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant 3 to join its Executive Support Team in Louisville, KY. This role plays a key part in providing high-quality administrative support to multiple leaders within CenterWell Pharmacy and CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy.

The position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while supporting executive-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and executive teams

• Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination

• Arrange internal and external meetings, agendas, and travel logistics

• Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism

• Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes for leadership

• Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation

• Coordinate travel schedules and related arrangements

• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

• Less than 2 years of leadership experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
