Description:
Diraya Consulting Services LLC is looking to expand its finance and consulting team by hiring a motivated Semi-Qualified or Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who are eager to enhance their expertise while working in a dynamic consulting environment serving clients across multiple industries.
The selected candidate will be involved in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and advisory services while supporting clients with their accounting and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
• Manage VAT and Corporate Tax compliance requirements within the UAE
• Conduct accounting reviews and finalize financial records
• Perform financial analysis and prepare management information reports
• Provide advisory support to clients on accounting and compliance matters
• Assist clients with regulatory and financial reporting obligations
• Coordinate audit activities and maintain supporting documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting assignments
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
Requirements:
• Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 1–4 years of experience in accounting, taxation, consulting, or related fields
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of:
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• UAE VAT Regulations
