Description:
A company in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PRO & HR Admin Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and possess strong experience in UAE PRO services along with HR administrative functions.
This role involves handling a wide range of employee documentation and government-related processes, ensuring full compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing employee lifecycle activities and maintaining accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage PRO services and government-related documentation
• Handle HR administrative tasks and employee records
• Process visas, labour contracts, work permits, Emirates ID, and medical tests
• Manage onboarding, renewals, cancellations, and offboarding processes
• Coordinate with MOHRE and immigration authorities
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Strong experience in PRO services
• Solid background in HR Administration
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
• Hands-on experience with MOHRE system
• Familiarity with Dubai & Abu Dhabi immigration processes
• Experience handling visa processing and employee documentation
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
• Strong knowledge of:
