We Are Hiring – Biomedical Engineer | Medical Devices Sales & Technical Troubleshooting

Position

Biomedical Engineer – Medical Devices Sales & Technical Troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers
  • Promote and sell medical devices and healthcare solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and user training
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
  • Prepare service reports and sales documentation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely technical support and effective communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in medical devices, biomedical engineering, or medical equipment sales is an advantage
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel and visit clients
