We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and assist sales and management in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities
Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents
Assist with procurement of office supplies and inventory management
Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (preferably in oil, gas, or industrial sector)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
