Description:

Eflochem Lab LLC is urgently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with experience in laboratory testing or environmental services who can effectively build client relationships and drive business growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting laboratory testing services, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Promote laboratory testing services including Water, Wastewater, Food, Cosmetics, and Environmental Testing

• Generate leads and prepare quotations for potential clients

• Follow up on business inquiries and convert leads into sales

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Coordinate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

• Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence updates

• Identify new business opportunities within the UAE market

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 2–5 years of sales experience in laboratory testing, environmental services, or related industries

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills

• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets

• UAE Driving License is mandatory

• Knowledge of the UAE market is preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Sales strategies and business development techniques

• Laboratory testing services and environmental industry practices

• Client relationship management and market analysis
