The Role

As a Barista & Hospitality Team Member, you will be the face of Connect Coffee Roasters. You’ll craft exceptional beverages, create welcoming experiences, and contribute to a culture that values both the art of coffee and the joy of serving others.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and care.
- Greet and engage every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and customer areas.
- Educate customers about our coffee origins, brewing methods, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Learn and grow through ongoing training and skill development.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coffee and a curiosity to learn more about the craft.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.
