Description:
HRG Investment Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen its financial operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing financial strategies, managing company budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective financial management. The position also involves leading the finance team and maintaining strong relationships with banking and regulatory institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the financial operations of the organization
• Develop and implement financial strategies and risk management plans
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and taxation requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and relevant regulatory authorities
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and overall financial planning
• Lead, mentor, and support the finance team
Requirements:
• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in finance
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Candidates must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates
