The company is currently seeking a Social Media Manager (360°) to manage and enhance its digital presence across all major social media platforms.
This role focuses on building strong brand visibility, engaging audiences, and executing effective digital campaigns aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and data-driven marketing performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media presence across all platforms.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Optimize social media channels (SMO) to improve reach and engagement.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging digital content.
• Engage with online audiences to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing effective content strategies
• Proven ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize accordingly
• Creative thinking and proficiency in platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Dubai experience required
