Job Title: Experienced Tour Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Tour Driver to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and memorable transportation experiences for our guests. Your deep understanding of Kenya’s landscapes, culture, and wildlife, combined with your professional driving expertise, will ensure every journey is both educational and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tour vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all road safety and traffic regulations.
• Provide engaging and informative commentary on Kenya’s geography, history, and wildlife to enhance the guest experience.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and mechanical readiness.
• Apply defensive driving techniques to navigate diverse terrains and traffic conditions.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with all passengers and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid PSV Driver’s License and a TRA license (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of proven driving experience in tours, travel, or the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations, defensive driving practices, and basic first aid.
• Excellent knowledge of Kenya’s geography, history, and wildlife.
