A reputable medical center in Ajman is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join its healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clinical operations, ensuring accurate patient documentation, assisting physicians during medical procedures, and maintaining infection control protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care and support to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards.
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, healthcare policies, and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain infection prevention and control procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum 4–5 years of clinical experience within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of MOH regulations, healthcare compliance requirements, and patient safety standards.
• Experience in patient care, clinical documentation, infection control, and physician assistance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
