Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and key industry clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within assigned territories.

• Promote HVAC products and solutions, including Duct Heaters and VAV Systems.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development objectives.

• Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–8 years of HVAC sales experience within the UAE or GCC region.

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and applications.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

• Established relationships with consultants, contractors, and industry decision-makers.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven professional attitude.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Duct Heaters and VAV (Variable Air Volume) Systems

 • HVAC design concepts and technical sales processes

 • Business development, client relationship management, and project coordination
