Perfection Metal UAE is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the steel, metal, or construction industry who are passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting steel products, fabrication services, and project solutions to contractors, developers, and industry clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities within the steel and construction sectors

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Promote steel products, fabrication services, and project-related solutions

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales agreements

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships

• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth project execution

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

• Monitor market trends and identify potential growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in steel, metal, or construction sales

• UAE market experience is preferred

• Strong client network within the UAE construction and steel industry is an advantage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Steel products and metal fabrication services

• Construction industry sales processes

• Client relationship management and business development

• Quotation preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closing
