Mindtree Aero is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to join its expanding aviation team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about procurement, supplier coordination, and supply chain operations within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing aviation-related materials, equipment, and services
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient procurement processes
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing documentation
• Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of required items
• Maintain procurement records and update purchasing databases
• Support inventory management and stock control activities
• Assist with logistics coordination and supplier follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies
Requirements:
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced aviation environment
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory)
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
