Description:
I2D Interiors is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful execution and delivery of interior fit-out projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in project planning, team leadership, and end-to-end project management within the fit-out industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple project phases, ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments. Strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities are essential for this position.
Candidates with proven UAE fit-out experience, expertise in project scheduling tools, and a track record of delivering projects within budget and deadlines are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage interior fit-out projects from project initiation through final handover
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Lead and supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractor teams
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, procurement activities, and potential risks
• Manage project budgets, cost control measures, and variation orders
• Oversee Architectural, Joinery, Civil, and MEP coordination activities
• Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare detailed progress reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Lead snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in India
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience managing interior fit-out projects
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and team management
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Proven experience handling fit-out projects from planning to completion
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Project scheduling, resource planning, and cost management
• Interior fit-out construction methodologies and project controls
• Architectural, Joinery, Civil, and MEP coordination processes
• HSE standards, quality assurance procedures, and contractual compliance
• MBA in Project Management, Operations Management, PMP Certification, or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage
