NTT DATA is currently seeking a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry / PACS Data Entry (Service Desk Analyst) to support healthcare imaging workflows and operational data processing. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly accurate, process-driven, and comfortable working in structured, high-volume environments.
The position involves supporting PACS systems and ensuring accurate data entry, workflow coordination, and adherence to established procedures. Candidates will work closely with healthcare IT processes to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity in radiology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-volume and accurate data entry within PACS systems.
• Support service desk operations and handle basic PACS-related queries.
• Follow established knowledge base (KB) articles and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in managing radiology workflow processes in a structured environment.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all entered data.
• Identify and escalate workflow or system issues when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support.
• Maintain timely processing of assigned tasks and requests.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of data entry experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in service desk or technical support environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with PACS systems or healthcare IT environments.
• Familiarity with radiology workflows and medical data systems.
• Prior service desk or administrative support experience.
