Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student achievement.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress through a variety of assessment methods.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active participation in learning.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and educational excellence.
• Uphold school policies and contribute to a positive school culture.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area.
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent preferred.
• Previous teaching experience within a school environment is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for education and student success.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative school community.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
