Description:

A well-established organization in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, labor processes, and corporate documentation. The role requires strong expertise in UAE labor law, visa processing, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth coordination with government authorities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with UAE government portals and a solid understanding of labor and immigration procedures. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance and handling all official documentation related to employees and company licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all labor and immigration-related processes for the organization

• Handle visa issuance, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing

• Ensure compliance with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and Amer systems

• Maintain accurate records of employee contracts and government documents

• Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and documentation

• Manage trade licenses, renewals, and corporate regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS compliance

• Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Tawjeeh & Amer portals

• Experience in handling visas, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, and trade licenses

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Arabic language skills are an advantage
