Description:
Tecnicaserv Group is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing and TPI Inspection Coordinator to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in sales, marketing, inspection services, and client relationship management within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting company services, supporting business development initiatives, coordinating third-party inspection activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires excellent organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote company services and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
• Support sales activities and maintain effective customer communication
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and business development initiatives
• Coordinate and manage Third-Party Inspection (TPI) activities and related documentation
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing-related documentation
• Support digital marketing efforts and company promotional activities
• Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and inspection requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in Sales, Marketing, Inspection Services, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and business development practices
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
