Description:
Istanbul Trading is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Supervisor to join its growing team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for managing retail operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch activities, supporting staff performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English and have experience in retail or supermarket environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities
• Lead, motivate, and support branch staff to achieve operational goals
• Monitor employee performance and maintain a productive work environment
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Coordinate staff schedules and support workforce planning activities
• Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions
• Maintain branch organization, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Previous experience in retail, supermarket, or branch operations is preferred
