Job Description
Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced SDR Supervisor to lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and aligning daily operations with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs
- Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs
- Oversee daily operations and workflow execution
- Conduct 1:1 sessions, coaching, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Monitor quality of interactions and adherence to processes
- Deliver ongoing training (shadowing sessions, role plays, etc.)
- Prepare and present operational and performance reports
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Commission Structure
- Commission based on team performance
- Activated starting at 80% of target achievement
- Key metrics: IAs and PCA
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in sales environments (mandatory)
- Experience leading SDR, sales, or training teams
- Advanced or fluent English (essential)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- KPI-driven and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to manage large teams
