About the Role
Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Executive to manage accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance for multiple clients.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling client portfolios, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and assisting clients with accounting and tax-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure VAT compliance
- Assist with Corporate Tax registration, compliance, and return filing
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with clients for accounting records and supporting documents
- Respond to client inquiries related to Accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax matters
- Assist clients in understanding compliance requirements and deadlines
- Support audit engagements and financial reviews
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Experience handling multiple client portfolios
- Previous experience in an Accounting, Tax, Audit, or Consultancy firm preferred
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
