Description:
métier – Strategic HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client operating within the Beauty and Cosmetics sector in the UAE. The company is seeking an experienced Brand Executive – Skin Care to support brand growth, strengthen market presence, and drive successful marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and product marketing, particularly within the skin care, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry. The successful candidate will contribute to brand development, consumer engagement, and market expansion through strategic planning and execution.
The position offers an opportunity to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment while helping shape brand performance through innovative campaigns, market insights, and effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Plan and manage product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Work closely with sales teams to strengthen product positioning and customer engagement.
• Review customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance brand performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Strategic Marketing.
• Previous experience within Skin Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and project management capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.
