The Senior Product Manager – Growth will be responsible for leading experimentation, optimization, and growth initiatives across iHerb’s digital platforms. This role focuses on improving acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end growth strategy across web, app, and marketing channels
• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey
• Define product requirements aligned with business objectives and user experience goals
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to improve funnel performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable growth feature development
• Partner with marketing teams to optimize traffic and conversion strategies
• Define and track key growth metrics, including North Star and leading indicators
• Lead or support cross-functional growth squads and agile sprint planning
• Analyze experiment results and communicate insights to leadership teams
• Drive lifecycle marketing, personalization, and retention strategies
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
• Strong experience in B2C e-commerce or marketplace environments
• Proven success in conversion rate optimization and growth experimentation
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SQL, or similar tools
• Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, tracking, and data systems
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and product design collaboration
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
