Description:
Netrolynx AI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support operational and data management activities for Prime Health Services (PHS), a leading national medical cost containment organization. Established in 2001, PHS specializes in delivering innovative healthcare solutions and customized PPO network services for insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured groups, and government agencies.
This role plays a key part in maintaining data accuracy, supporting healthcare provider networks, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external partners. The position also includes basic front-office responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in structured, fast-paced healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify medical provider demographic information through daily communication with provider offices
• Enter and update provider and contractual data into internal systems accurately
• Support audits, compliance checks, and special operational projects
• Review contracts and network data for accuracy and consistency
• Manage provider panels for workers’ compensation clients
• Respond to emails, route inquiries, and support interdepartmental communication
• Assist with scanning, filing, reporting, and documentation tasks
• Greet visitors and handle front desk reception duties
• Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and meeting room setups
• Log client requests and ensure timely updates and resolution
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or customer service roles
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity
Strong knowledge of:
• Data entry and database management systems
• Healthcare provider networks and contract workflows
• Microsoft Office and administrative tools
• Office coordination and administrative support functions
