Description:
Vision Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related transactions and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of immigration procedures, labor laws, and government documentation processes.
The selected candidate will act as a liaison between the company and various government authorities, handling visa processing, labor permits, trade license renewals, and other official requirements. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of company administrative and HR functions while ensuring timely completion of all regulatory requirements and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all government-related transactions and documentation
• Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor permits
• Coordinate with Immigration, MOHRE, and other government departments
• Manage trade license renewals and company documentation
• Track employee documents and ensure timely renewals
• Support administrative and HR-related activities as required
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of:
• Visa and labor permit processing
• Government documentation procedures
• UAE compliance and regulatory requirements
