Responsibilities
- Drive sales and occupancy of fully furnished shortlet apartments and units.
- Secure new business opportunities from corporates and NGOs.
- Market available units through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and repeat bookings.
- Conduct property viewings and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, specifically fully furnished shortlets (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the short-term rental market in Nairobi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience using online listing platforms and social media marketing is an added advantage.
