Spadile is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its growing finance team in the UAE. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting and gain hands-on experience in financial operations.
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth financial operations within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining daily financial records and bookkeeping activities
• Support preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment entries
• Help in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist in bank reconciliations and financial record updates
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation
• Support financial reporting and month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting procedures and company policies
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field
• Strong knowledge of:
