Description:
Ahar Group is looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation Officer to support its export operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience handling export documentation processes and coordinating with logistics providers to ensure smooth and compliant international shipments.
This role requires a strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit. The successful candidate will work closely with freight partners, customs authorities, and internal departments to facilitate efficient export activities.
Candidates with previous experience in food trading, FMCG, or export-focused organizations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC) documentation and related requirements
• Process Bills of Lading and shipping documentation accurately
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and shipping partners
• Support customs clearance activities and ensure documentation compliance
• Maintain shipment records and export-related documentation
• Monitor export processes to ensure timely shipment execution
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding export requirements
Requirements:
• Experience handling export documentation processes
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC)
• Experience with Bills of Lading and shipping documentation
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures
• Strong coordination skills with logistics and freight partners
• Experience within food trading, FMCG, or export sectors preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
