Description:
Grandeur Fitout Technical Services is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who possess strong accounting knowledge and are capable of managing day-to-day financial operations while supporting the company’s continued growth and success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and supporting financial reporting activities. Experience within the construction, fit-out, or contracting sector will be considered a valuable advantage for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation.
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely billing activities.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate employee compensation records.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
• Track and manage cash flow to support operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist management with financial analysis.
• Support financial controls and maintain compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, or contracting industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks while meeting deadlines.
