Description:

ECO CHOICE GROUP is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer communications across multiple channels, coordinating with internal departments, processing customer requests, and ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications

• Respond to customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation

• Follow up on customer requests and service inquiries

• Maintain customer records and communication logs

Requirements:

• Male candidates only

• 1–3 years of customer service experience within the UAE

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• English language proficiency required

• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage
