Description:
Elite Crystal Car Care is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with customers, identifying their vehicle care needs, and recommending premium automotive protection and enhancement solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process. The position requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assist them with their vehicle care requirements
• Recommend suitable automotive services based on customer needs
• Prepare quotations and provide accurate service information
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential sales opportunities
• Convert walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure customers receive an exceptional service experience
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of customer jobs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
• Previous experience in automotive sales, service advising, or customer service
• Knowledge of vehicle protection and customization services preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
• Must possess a valid UAE visa
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
