Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee debt recovery processes, including negotiations, restructures, and legal recoveries.
- Track portfolio performance and recommend corrective actions to improve portfolio quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and debt collection guidelines.
- Prepare and present collections and recovery performance reports to management.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing loan recoveries and reducing portfolio at risk (PAR).
- Strong understanding of collections processes, credit risk, and recovery strategies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional qualifications in Credit Management or Debt Recovery will be an added advantage.
