Operations Coordinator – Business Setup (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is looking for a motivated and career-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a long-term career in company formation, corporate services, visa processing, and UAE business consultancy.

No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

What You Will Learn

  • UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation
  • Trade license applications, renewals, and amendments
  • Visa processing and Emirates ID procedures
  • Government approvals and compliance processes
  • Client coordination and business support services
  • CRM and business operations management

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with company formation processes for Mainland and Free Zone companies
  • Coordinate with the PRO team for government-related procedures and approvals
  • Support trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
  • Assist with visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, and related documentation
  • Prepare and organize client documents for government and Free Zone submissions
  • Follow up with clients regarding required documents and application status
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with Operations, PRO, Sales, and Accounts teams
  • Assist in daily operational activities and client servicing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree completed (mandatory)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Tamil (Native Speaker) – Mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
