We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality while assisting with basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including pantry areas
- Organize, restock, and manage kitchen supplies and office materials
- Operate and maintain office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)
- Manage filing, photocopying, and basic documentation tasks
- Support administrative staff with routine office duties
- Ensure a clean, orderly, and well-presented work environment at all times
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of English and Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Additional Information:
- Experience: Office Boy – 1 year (preferred)
- Language Requirements: English & Hindi/Urdu (preferred)
- Relocation: Must be able to commute reliably or relocate to Dubai prior to starting
