Sr. Logistic Officer - PMV
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of all logistics activities related to plant, heavy equipment, machinery, and company vehicles. The role ensures efficient mobilization, utilization, maintenance coordination, and compliance with UAE regulations for heavy equipment and transport operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. With 5-10 years of UAE experience in the same field (Construction).
2. Preferred Arabic Speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage the mobilization and demobilization of plant and heavy equipment across project sites.
2. Coordinate transportation of machinery, including permits for oversized/overweight loads.
3. Monitor utilization of plant, vehicles, and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce idle time.
4. Liaise with project teams to ensure the timely availability of required equipment.
5. Manage fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, Asateel, RTA regulations, and safety standards.
6. Coordinate with maintenance teams for servicing, repairs, and inspections of equipment.Maintain accurate records of equipment movement, usage, and condition
7. Control logistics costs, including fuel consumption, transport, and rental expenses.
8. Manage subcontractors, transport vendors, and heavy lift service providers Oversee documentation such as permits, gate passes, insurance, and registration.
9. Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards for all logistics and transport activities.
