Description:
Transmarine Cargo Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive (Warehousing) to join its operations team in JAFZA, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics and warehouse operations who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient coordination of storage and cargo activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer communications, supporting warehouse operations, coordinating storage requirements, and ensuring smooth movement of cargo. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely operational and commercial support
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including storage, cross-stuffing, and documentation processes
• Manage short-term and long-term storage requirements efficiently
• Monitor cargo movement, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines
• Liaise with customers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
• Ensure KYC documentation and operational records are maintained accurately
• Support smooth warehouse operations while maintaining high customer service standards
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or customer service
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple operational activities effectively
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
