Description:

Bayanat Smart Systems LLC is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Fleet Sales Executive to support the company’s continued growth across the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with strong experience in fleet repair and maintenance services, along with a proven ability to develop lasting client relationships and drive business expansion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing fleet customer accounts, and promoting innovative fleet management solutions. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with decision-makers across multiple industries while consistently achieving sales targets.

Working within a dynamic and technology-driven environment, the Fleet Sales Executive will contribute to helping businesses improve fleet efficiency through intelligent solutions, connected services, and enhanced operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and manage fleet customers across the UAE.

• Promote fleet maintenance contracts and fleet management solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.

• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.

• Conduct client meetings and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in automotive fleet repair and maintenance sales.

• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Strong network within fleet, rental, logistics, transportation, or corporate fleet sectors.

• Proven track record of generating business and achieving sales objectives.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

• Strong knowledge of:
