Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards (Barista role).
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently (Cashier role).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and service areas.
• Promote menu items and utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage role.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and upselling techniques.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
