Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic qualifications (Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s, or TVET‑CDACC certification depending on the role).

• Have prior experience in TVET training, competency‑based education, agricultural extension, aquaculture, fisheries, or beauty therapy instruction.

• Demonstrate strong communication, instructional, and learner‑support skills.

• Be familiar with CBET delivery, assessment standards, curriculum implementation, and practical training environments.

• Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Bondo TVC’s mission as a newly established government‑funded institution located 5 km from Bondo town along the Bondo–Misori road.

• Trainer roles require lesson planning, practical demonstrations, assessment, and learner mentorship.

• Administrative roles require office management, record‑keeping, communication handling, and institutional support.
