A boutique luxury landscape design consultancy in Dubai is seeking a talented Design Lead to oversee studio operations and drive the successful delivery of high-end residential landscape projects. This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, guide project execution, and lead a growing design team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial client brief through final delivery while ensuring exceptional design quality and service standards. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client relationships throughout all project stages, from concept development to final delivery
• Manage large-scale luxury residential landscape projects
• Direct, mentor, and support a small design team across multiple active projects
• Review and quality-check construction drawings, specifications, and client presentation packages
• Coordinate with offshore CAD and 3D visualization teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain high standards of design quality and project execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and client expectations
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in landscape architecture with full project delivery involvement
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to review and approve design documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience managing coordination across multiple teams and project stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage luxury residential projects and maintain exceptional quality standards
• Strong knowledge of:
• Construction drawings and technical documentation
• Landscape design and project delivery processes
• CAD production and design coordination
• Quality control and client presentation standard
