Vertix Holdings LLC is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Personal Assistant to the Chairman to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are eager to gain direct exposure to executive leadership, international business practices, and corporate strategy within a dynamic business environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chairman, supporting key initiatives, coordinating strategic activities, and contributing to corporate communications. This role offers a unique chance to develop professional skills through direct mentorship and involvement in high-level business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a professional representative of the Chairman’s Office across company subsidiaries.

• Assist with media relations, corporate communications, and brand coordination activities.

• Support the management of the Chairman’s public profile and communication initiatives.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and executive schedules.

• Monitor strategic projects and assist with priority business portfolios.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Recent Bachelor’s degree (Graduated 2024–2026) in Media, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Human Resources.

• Native or fluent Arabic language skills and professional-level English proficiency.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of:
