We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and confidential personnel files.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and office coordination tasks.
- Support onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management processes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements:
-Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Professional Attitude and Willingness to Learn
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
-Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Prior HR/Admin experience will be an added advantage
