Description:
Astromin Group is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Incharge to manage and oversee warehouse operations at its Dubai facility. This position is ideal for a professional with strong inventory management, warehouse supervision, and operational coordination skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the warehouse, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising cargo handling activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space while maintaining organized storage systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
• Supervise the proper handling, labeling, packaging, and arrangement of cargo according to company procedures and client requirements.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities while ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
• Work closely with drivers, transportation teams, and delivery personnel to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Enforce workplace health, safety, security, and housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and industry best practices.
