A well-established organization in the healthcare and insurance sector is seeking a qualified Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational accounting standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting reports.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and relevant financial regulations.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting and financial matters.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and financial controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.

• Previous experience within the TPA or health insurance industry is required.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation procedures.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
