Description:
A growing fit-out and manufacturing company in the UAE is seeking experienced Factory Supervisors to oversee daily production operations within its manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals with strong supervisory skills and hands-on experience in managing factory workflows and production teams.
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth factory operations, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety procedures. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily factory operations and workforce activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met
• Coordinate with the Factory Manager and production teams for smooth operations
• Monitor materials usage, workflow efficiency, and factory housekeeping standards
• Track production progress and report any operational issues
• Support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Prior experience in fit-out, joinery, or manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong ability to supervise workers and meet production deadlines
• Good communication skills with a strong command of English
• Ability to manage operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
